I have made a return, are the shipping costs reimbursed?
No, by return policy the platform does not refund the shipping costs. When you request a return you will be refunded the amount of the returned product(s) minus the shipping costs already paid. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
We will only refund the shipping costs associated with the product purchased and returned in the event that you have received a damaged, incorrect or defective order.
