How do I return an item?

To return one or more items you have to fill out our returns form.

Remember that you must fill out the form for each item you want to return. Once you fill out the form you will receive an email confirming your request and until the store does not accept your return we will not be able to process it.

As we work with small businesses, we are currently unable to offer free returns unless the return requested is "return in store".

If your order has been paid for and picked up in store, you can only return the product to the same store where you previously picked it up. For more information on paid orders and store pickup, click here.
