Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons there are certain items that can not be returned unless it is by mistake of the store to make the shipment or it is defective. Below is a list of all those products that cannot be returned:

• In the case of goods made to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• Perishable goods such as foodstuffs or plants.
• In the case of packaged or sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery.
• In the case of hygiene products, underwear and/or lingerie.
• When they are products with clear evidence of having been used. You can only return in case of manufacturing defect.
