I have lost my purchase invoice

When you make a purchase on the platform you will receive an order confirmation email and another confirmation email from the store accepting your purchase of each item. In case your order contains items from different stores you will receive one email per store.

In the store's acceptance email you will find the order number for returns and the purchase invoice. In case you have not received the email write us here and we will send it to you again.

In addition, in every package you receive with your product from the store you will find inside the invoice as well.

If you have placed an order but you have selected to pay and pick up in store, it will be the store that will provide you with the purchase receipt and in case you have lost it you will have to contact the store where you made the purchase to provide you with a solution.
