An item is missing from my order, what can I do?

Before contacting the support team, please confirm that you have received all orders from each store. When working with different stores you will receive different packages.

In case you have received the package from the store from which you are missing an item, please contact our support team by filling out the form at the bottom of the page informing the missing item in your order and we will contact the store, remember that you have 48 hours to notify us of the incident!

As soon as we have a response from the store we will contact you and we will send you for free the missing item.
