I received a defective item, what should I do?
We are sorry for what happened! In order to study your case we need you to fill in the returns form indicating as reason the option "The product is damaged or defective" or "I received the wrong item". You will have to wait for the store to accept the return. At this point the store may contact you and ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
