What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery of your order, do not worry, our courier will try again a second time. Some carriers, on a completely voluntary basis, may call you to reschedule the delivery on the same day or on future days. They also offer you the possibility to pick it up at the nearest carrier's office.
